Update: Today Ellen announced that she is now part owner of a dog food company called Halo Purely For Pets. I think this must be the announcement she was talking about in the article below. Tvweek.com recently published a transcript of an interview with Ellen but here's the most interesting part of the interview "There’s one thing that will be announced in probably the next month that I’m doing, but it makes total sense because it’s me and it’s something I’m passionate about."
